Welcome to Rapid Reviews LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”)! By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Services Provided

We offer review management and software automation services to small and medium-sized businesses in all 50 states, including:

• Review requests via email and SMS.

• Social media posting.

• Software tools for running your own ads.

• Conversational AI services for tasks such as:

• Customer service interactions.

• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments.

• Offering FAQs and other customer inquiries.

As part of our services, we also support charitable initiatives by donating one meal to Feeding America or Feeding Texas for every review generated for our customers.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity on your account. You agree not to use our services for purposes outside the scope of normal business activities.

3. Customer Data

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions to allow us to contact your customers and that all data provided to us complies with applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge for agreed-upon services. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Only businesses who have 1,000 previous clients' names, email addresses, and phone numbers saved are eligible for the first 50 reviews free offer. However, all businesses qualify and will be given a free two-week trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Interactions on behalf of a customer belong to the customer. We act solely as a service provider and do not claim ownership of any data generated through interactions conducted on behalf of your business.

By using our services, you agree that we may use identifiable or aggregated results from your use of our services, including performance metrics, in our marketing materials (e.g., case studies, testimonials) without additional compensation. You may revoke this consent at any time by emailing us at [email protected].

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes.

• Provide inaccurate or unauthorized data.

• Reverse-engineer or exploit our software.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software are the property of their respective lawful owners. Your rights to use our system stop upon cancellation. No biometric data will be collected.

7. Data Use and Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the services by providing 30 days' written notice. This termination policy applies to all agreements and must be followed to ensure a smooth transition. Termination must be communicated via email to ensure a clear record. We may also suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Cancelation notification emails will be sent to the primary email for the main account holder. Email requests to cancel shall be sent to [email protected]

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Losses due to unauthorized access to your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
